Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order is not shipped due to unavailability of size, style, or any other reason, it will be cancelled by us and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be intact
- The item should be returned in its original packaging
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. After approval, the exchanged item will be dispatched.
Products can be exchanged for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit, which can be used on our website.
Reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund as store credit.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Products purchased during sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.
